Trang Nguyen boasts over a decade of legal expertise, specializing in foreign investment, corporate and M&A, and energy and infrastructure projects.

Trang has been part of numerous impactful energy and infrastructure ventures throughout her career. This includes providing counsel for the Vung Ang II Thermal Power Project, representing lenders in the Van Phong 1 Thermal Power Project with initial equity support of approximately US$2.6 billion from the Japan Bank for International Cooperation, offering legal advice to the Ministry of Transportation for the North-South Expressway PPP Project, and acting for the buyer’s side in the Con Dao Solar Power M&A Project.

Trang also worked on projects for the Asian Development Bank on initiatives to bolster Vietnam’s startup ecosystem and enhance SME participation in public-private partnership projects.

In addition to her involvement in major projects, Trang has served as a key advisor on foreign investment endeavors such as the Foxconn E-commerce Platform, the Pan-Pacific Shoe Manufacturing Project, and the Cortex Garment Manufacturing Project.
