Chau Dang brings over 10 years of experience from working at some of the largest Japanese law firms in Hanoi and Tokyo, including Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu and Atsumi & Sakai.

Chau has a strong track record with Japanese clients, managing projects in both Japan and Vietnam. Chau’s fluency in Japanese and her deep understanding of Japanese culture give her a unique advantage in bridging the gap between Japanese clients and the legal environment in Vietnam.

Chau guided a Japanese insurance corporation through the complex legal landscape surrounding the acquisition of shares in a Vietnamese State-Owned Enterprise. She also coordinated with a local law firm to strategically advise a Japanese steel manufacturer, leading to victories across all adjudication levels in a tax administrative litigation case against a senior Ministry of Finance official.

Chau graduated from Suffolk University in Massachusetts, USA, and Nagoya University in Aichi, Japan. She currently resides in Boston.
