Nhan Dang advised Masan and Dat Xanh on both domestic and international bond issuance. Nhan has also represented ADB, Deutsche Bank, DBS, and HSBC in notable financing transactions with local enterprises across sectors like renewable energy, ride-hailing, and investment banking.

Nhan has been actively involved in key financing and M&A transactions, including KKR’s acquisition of EQuest, JERA’s investment in a subsidiary of TTC Group, and Heliconia Capital’s purchase of two general hospitals in Vietnam.
