Thao Pham was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2018. She brings with her a wealth of experience in M&A, corporate law, and cross-border transactions. Before joining Vilasia, she worked with WongPartnership LLP, one of the top law firms in Singapore.

Thao Pham has extensive experience in advising on high-value M&A deals and leading significant fundraising efforts for startups. This includes, but is not limited to, acting for associated companies of CapitaLand in acquiring a landmark building in Singapore and other real estates in Asia and Europe. She has also represented various startup clients in strategic investments and restructurings, managing complex fundraising initiatives with deal values exceeding US$100 million.

Thao Pham holds a Juris Doctor degree from Singapore Management University.
