With over 23 years of experience in accounting, banking, finance, internal auditing, risk management, advising on M&A transactions, and financial management of ODA projects, Ms. Le Thi Mai Hanh has a deep understanding of business and is well-versed in specialized laws.
She has held various high-level positions, such as Board Member and Chair of the Audit Committee at Thang Loi Real Estate Group. Ms. Hanh also served as Deputy Director of Strategic Research and Finance and Accounting at Viet A Bank, and Head of Internal Control at Rang Dong Industrial Infrastructure Investment. She has acted as a senior advisor to major corporations, including Bao Minh Textile Group, and provided financial and management consulting for ODA projects from international bodies such as the embassies of Australia and Norway, the European Union, and the World Bank.
Prior to her role as a strategic advisor at Vilasia, Ms. Hanh successfully led numerous high-stakes M&A deals worth hundreds of millions of USD, including projects such as the 2,100-hectare Rang Dong Industrial Zone and The Win City high-rise apartment complex. She has also facilitated major transactions for Duy Minh Garment with international partners like Luen Thai and Sunrise, and provided strategic consultations to significant entities like Stada PYMEPHARCO Pharmaceutical Company and TungFeng Construction General Contractor from Taiwan. In her advisory roles, Ms. Hanh has been instrumental in implementing strategies that have saved businesses hundreds of billions of dong through effective risk management.
Ms. Hanh holds a degree in Finance and Banking from the National Economics University and a Master’s in Business Administration from Northcentral University. She is currently completing her certification in the International Internal Auditor (CIA) program, demonstrating her commitment to maintaining high professional standards and expertise in her field.
