Diem Pham joined Vilasia in its early days and has quickly built solid experience in corporate and M&A work. She has supported many of the firm’s complex projects, helping clients handle investments, transactions, and everyday legal matters efficiently.

Clients appreciate Diem’s clear communication, practical mindset, and speedy response. She works patiently with government authorities and understands how to move things forward in Vietnam’s regulatory system.

Before joining Vilasia, Diem interned at a Singapore law firm and a fintech startup, gaining early exposure to international business and technology-driven projects.

Diem graduated from the University of Economics and Law, majoring in International Trade Law. She was President of the Asian Law Students’ Association (Local Chapter – HCMC) and served on the editorial board of the UEL Young Lawyer Journal.
