Vilasia Named Best New Law Firm

Vietnam, 8 May 2026 – Vilasia has been named Best New Law Firm at the Vietnam Law Firm Awards 2026 by Asia Business Law Journal.

We are grateful for the recognition. But what it really means to us is simple.

Vilasia was founded in March 2024 from scratch. No legacy platform. Just a small team, a clear belief, and a lot of work.

We set out to be the best law firm for a client, in the particular matter where our help is needed most.

Sometimes that means a complex cross-border transaction. Sometimes it means a merger filing with a tight deadline. Sometimes it means helping a founder, investor, or business team make one difficult decision with clarity.

In our first full year, we served about 50 clients, including well-known multinationals, emerging local businesses, and fast-growing startups across various industries. We advised on M&A, merger filings, financing, venture transactions, renewable energy matters, real estate projects, technology deals, and commercial work that quietly keeps businesses moving.

Some matters became public. Many did not. That is fine.

What matters more is trust.

This award is not a finish line. It is encouragement to keep building.
