Nhung Nguyen has extensive experience in real estate practice. Over the past 12 years, Nhung has led multiple landmark M&A real estate transactions and helped her clients navigate the complexities of the real estate landscape in Vietnam.

Nhung served as Deputy Manager at the Vietnam-Singapore Industrial Park (VSIP), in charge of the Northern market, covering not only industrial but also new town projects.

As the buyer’s counsel, Nhung was involved in the acquisition of Yen Phong (Bac Ninh) 2 Industrial Park during 2017-2018, Huu Lung Industrial Park (VSIP Lang Son) during 2020-2021, and Phu Bai (Hue) Industrial Park during 2020-2021. Additionally, on the selling side, Nhung managed the sale of a 13-hectare industrial park land project to Logos Property in VSIP Bac Ninh IP.

She also handled high-profile transfers such as the office-hotel project to Taseco Group, a commercial center project to Toshin Group (Takashimaya brand), and a hypermarket to Thaco Group (Emart brand). Additionally, Nhung advised on the business cooperation between Daewoo and the Singaporean education group SIS (KinderWorld).
