Lam Do brings over eight years of diverse experience in general corporate law, M&A, licensing, banking and finance. He is known for his dedication, thorough understanding of complex legal frameworks, and commitment to delivering tailored legal solutions to meet client needs.
Lam was involved in significant financing and M&A transactions, including guiding Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, Citigroup Global Markets Singapore , and other banks in arranging a US$122 million loan for a chemical factory in Vietnam; supporting NongHyup Bank in orchestrating a US$30 million syndicated loan for a factory build in Bac Giang, secured against the future site and machinery; advising The Export-Import Bank of Korea, Singapore Branch, on a US$50 million loan to Vietinbank; advising HSBC on a complex US$298 million finance deal involving Vietnamese steel production. Lam also acted as Vietnamese counsel for a client’s HK$4.5 billion IPO on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
In addition to law, Lam earned a Bachelor of Economics degree. Currently, Lam is pursuing a Master of Laws degree at the University of Melbourne (Australia).
