Nhung is a highly regarded real estate and M&A lawyer, known for her deep expertise and strategic approach in complex transactions. She has played a key role in shaping our real estate practice, combining deep legal expertise with commercial acumen to deliver strategic solutions for our clients.

Currently, Nhung is co-leading legal advisory for one of the world’s most recognized beverage companies in a divestment sale and a prominent Vietnamese investor in acquiring an $80 million housing project, structuring sophisticated funding mechanisms.

Her first project at Vilasia was leading the legal due diligence for a theme park project in Sapa, addressing land use considerations and contractual arrangements.

Nhung’s career spans both private practice and in-house leadership. Before joining Vilasia, she served as Deputy Manager at the Vietnam-Singapore Industrial Park (VSIP), overseeing industrial and new town projects in Northern Vietnam. Her experience gives her a comprehensive perspective on investor and developer challenges, allowing her to offer practical, business-oriented legal advice.

Beyond transactions, Nhung is a thought leader in real estate law. In July 2024, she authored a six-part series in The Saigon Times, providing one of the first and most comprehensive analyses of Vietnam’s new real estate laws, helping businesses and investors understand the evolving legal landscape.
