At Vilasia, alongside advising retainer clients, Trang has been directly involved in a number of notable transactions, including:
- assisting a local real estate developer in the acquisition of a 1.8-hectare residential project in Ho Chi Minh City;
- assisting a world-leading beer company in the sale of a brewery in Central Vietnam;
- assisting a French solar company in the acquisition of a portfolio of five rooftop solar projects in Southern Vietnam;
- assisting a Japanese venture capital fund in its investment in an eye hospital chain in Ho Chi Minh City; and
- advising one of the largest foreign-invested industrial zone developers on the strategic structuring of a BCC for the development of a 19-hectare apartment and commercial complex.
